7th Annual Hudsonville Arts and Crafts Fair
June 13, 2015 – 9am-3pm
At Veteran’s Park
The Hudsonville Area Arts Council will host the 7th Annual Art in the Park outdoor arts and crafts fair on June 13, 2015 in Veteran’s Park from 9am to 3pm. In addition to spaces for over 50 arts and crafts vendors, the event features food vendors, artist demonstrations, a children’s play area, and live entertainment. This is a free, family-friendly community event.

Call for Arts and Crafts Vendors
The Hudsonville Area Arts Council is seeking vendors who create unique, handmade arts and crafts items of original design. All items MUST be handmade. Manufactured merchandise or items ordered from catalogs (no Avon, Tupperware, Mary Kay, etc.) will not be accepted. This is a juried show to ensure quality and originality of items being sold.

Space
All spaces are 10’ x 10’
Cost for space is $50 + a donation of a representative sampling of your handmade items with a value of at least $10
Tents are required for vendors and must be secured with anchors (spaces are on pavement, not grass)
Spaces are granted only after all applications are reviewed. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance to the festival via email. Once accepted, your space fee will be required to reserve your space.
For an additional fee of $25, requests can be made for access to electricity or for a corner booth.

Rules and Regulations
Only handcrafted items of original design will be accepted. On the day of the show, we reserve the right to ask for removal of any items that do not meet our criteria or are in bad taste.
Booth Price: $50 for each booth, plus a donation of a representative sampling of your handmade craft with a value of at least $10 for each booth. This donation will be used in a raffle and will be displayed with your name and booth number attached. Please bring this donation with you to the show and drop it off at the Raffle Table. Funds from raffle ticket sales and from booths fees support the events and services of the Hudsonville Area Arts Council.
Booth size: 10’ x 10’. You will be responsible for your own tables / displays, chairs, and tent. Vendors will not be allowed to exceed the allotted space. A tent is required for vendors for their space, as the event will continue rain or shine.
Vendors are required to remain open for the entire duration of the show from 9am-3pm. All vendors must arrive no later than 8:30am to set-up.
Once a vendor pays the space fee, no refunds will be issued.
